The State will score, rank and prioritize subapplications and submit the highest ranked plans and projects for national review.

Jurisdictions with approved NOIs must submit their subapplications no later than Monday, December 3, 2018, via eGrants to Cal OES. The eGrants application website opens Monday, October 1, 2018.
